This morning time the manager has apt(p) a memorandum to offshoot the morning shift handover by @7:45. fit to I was in the unit on time and handover was given by night reserve and night carer for the day staffs. We went to apiece way and information about each resident was given. subsequently handover the nurse allocated the carer to the team. Therefore this morning I was allocated Mr Gs that he is today the resident of the day which means he is acquiring special attention different from other resident. in the first place I went to his mode I canvas his care figure and rile wind he can transferred himself with minimal fend for from jockey to his wheelchair.
